Returns

To request a return, submit the returns form with your order number, the reason for the request and any supporting attachments.

Requests are reviewed in order of receipt. A member of the support team will respond with next steps and, where applicable, a return reference.

Products must be unopened and in their original packaging to be considered for return, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
