These terms apply to your use of this website and to every order placed through it. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order you confirm that you accept these terms and the Research Product Notice.

All products presented on this website are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research use only. They are not medicines, medical devices, food, cosmetics or consumer goods, and nothing on this website is a statement about how any product performs in humans or animals.

Product pages, batch records and uploaded documentation are provided for information about the material supplied. They describe documentation we hold for a batch; they are not instructions for use and are not clinical, diagnostic or therapeutic information.

To place an order you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be ordering for laboratory research purposes only
• Be qualified and equipped to handle research materials safely, and be responsible for handling, storage and disposal in line with the law and good laboratory practice
• Not intend to administer the products to humans or animals, and not resupply them for that purpose
• Provide accurate ordering, delivery and contact information

You are asked to confirm these points at checkout. We record the declaration you accept, together with the date and the version of the notice in force at that time. We may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably believe the criteria are not met.

You can order as a guest or create an account. If you create an account, keep your sign-in details secure and do not share them. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed your account. We may suspend or close an account that is being misused.

The steps to place an order are: add items to your basket, review your basket, enter your delivery and billing details at checkout, confirm the research-use declaration, pay, and receive an order confirmation.

All listings are an invitation to order, not an offer. A contract is formed only when we confirm that your order has been accepted. Where payment has been taken for an order we cannot accept, we will refund it in full.

You can correct input errors at any point before you submit your order by returning to your basket or editing the details shown at checkout. Your order and the details you provided are stored in your account and sent to you by email.

These terms and the order process are provided in English.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK VAT at the applicable rate where VAT is chargeable. Delivery charges are shown separately before you pay, and the total payable is confirmed at checkout before you submit your order.

We take reasonable care to price accurately. If we discover a manifest pricing error after you order, we will contact you before dispatch and you may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

Payment is taken at the time of ordering through our payment provider, Stripe. Card details are entered directly with Stripe and are not stored by us. Where digital wallets such as Apple Pay are available on your device, they are offered through the same payment form.

Only payment methods shown at checkout are accepted. Orders are prepared for dispatch once payment is confirmed.

Stock is held for a short period while you complete checkout. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you and offer a replacement date or a refund for the affected item.

Delivery options, costs and estimated timescales are shown at checkout and on our Shipping page. Estimates are not guarantees. Unless agreed otherwise, we will deliver without undue delay and within 30 days of the order being accepted.

Risk in the products passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us. If delivery is delayed because nobody is available to receive the order or the address was incorrect, we may charge the cost of redelivery.

If you are ordering as a consumer, you generally have 14 days from the day after delivery to change your mind, and a further 14 days to return the goods. Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the goods back or evidence of their return, using the same payment method.

Certain goods are excluded from the statutory right to change your mind, including sealed goods that are not suitable for return once unsealed for health-protection or hygiene reasons. This may apply to sealed research vials once the seal is broken.

Where you are ordering for business or institutional research purposes, the consumer right to change your mind does not apply, and returns are handled under our Returns page.

Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights in respect of goods that are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described. Contact sales@precisionpeptidestore.co.uk with your order number and we will put it right.

Once products are delivered, you are responsible for storing, handling, using and disposing of them safely, lawfully and in line with good laboratory practice and any risk assessments that apply to your facility. You must not administer them to humans or animals, or supply them to anyone who intends to.

We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and for defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the products otherwise than in accordance with these terms and the Research Product Notice, including any use in or on humans or animals.

You may use this website for lawful purposes connected with viewing our products and placing orders. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, or extract content systematically.

Content on this website, including text, layout, branding, imagery and documentation presentation, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

We aim to keep the site available but may suspend or withdraw it for maintenance or other operational reasons.

If something has gone wrong, email sales@precisionpeptidestore.co.uk with your order number and a description of the issue. We will acknowledge your complaint and work with you to resolve it.

We may update these terms. The terms that apply to your order are those in force when you placed it, and the version number and effective date above show the current version.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK in which you live.

From time to time we may offer discount codes, first-order offers or basket reminder offers. Unless the offer says otherwise, the following applies.

• Codes are valid only for the products, customer and period stated in the offer.
• A code issued to a particular customer or basket may be used once only and is not transferable.
• Where a minimum spend applies, it is calculated on the product subtotal before delivery charges.
• Codes expire on the date shown. Expired codes cannot be reinstated or applied retrospectively to an order already placed.
• Only one discount or affiliate code may be used per order unless we state that codes may be combined.
• Discounts apply to product prices only and are not redeemable for cash.
• We may refuse, cancel or reverse a discount where we reasonably believe a code has been obtained, shared or used in a way the offer was not intended for.
• We may amend or withdraw an offer at any time where we are permitted to do so, without affecting orders already accepted.

Signing up for marketing, receiving a basket reminder or being sent an offer places you under no obligation to buy, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Our welcome offer gives eligible new customers a single-use introductory discount code, issued after you sign up to Precision Peptides marketing emails.

• The offer is available to new customers only. It is not available where an order has previously been placed using the same email address.
• One introductory offer per eligible customer, account or email address.
• The code may be used once and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
• Where a minimum spend, product exclusions or an expiry date are configured, they are shown with the offer and applied at checkout.
• Unless we state otherwise, the welcome code cannot be combined with another discount, affiliate or basket recovery code.
• We may withdraw, refuse or reverse an offer where we reasonably believe it has been obtained or used in a way it was not intended for.

Signing up to marketing is optional and can be withdrawn at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Accepting these terms does not amount to agreeing to receive marketing.

A valid telephone number is required to place an order so that we, and our carriers, can contact you about delivery, tracking and any issue affecting your order.

Marketing communications, including WhatsApp offers and unfinished-basket reminders, are optional and require your separate opt-in. You may withdraw that permission at any time without affecting your ability to order or the service-related messages we send about an order.

Any recovery discount offered by our sales team is single use, tied to the basket it was issued for, and valid only for the period stated when it is issued.
